One of our most recent projects is 17 Stanford, a comprehensive refurbishment of a historic Dutch Colonial located in the Highland section of Holyoke. The five month project restored new life into this fine example of Holyoke architecture. The whole house was updated, including all new systems (heat, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing) also the kitchen and baths were completely remodeled, and a third-floor master suite was added. We added a period 6-panel wood entry door, matching porch columns, and restored the wood clapboard siding to create a charming curb-appeal.
